VETAR exists to help learning move beyond theory and become useful, ethical and applicable in everyday professional life. As a non-profit association, we place educational value and public benefit at the centre of our work.
Our focus brings together vocational training, educational advancement, career research, youth skill development, employment capacity building and community empowerment. We approach each activity with care for the learner, respect for evidence and attention to the realities of Albania’s communities and labour environment.
We believe that a capable workforce is built through patient instruction, meaningful practice and opportunities to keep learning at every stage of life.
